    Providing sharp and accurate detail, Cotton Fiber paper is sought after by those wanting the ultimate fine art finish.

    A 5mm paper border is included around the image.

  • Your Hi-Res Canvas Print will be printed on archival quality liquid resistant 100G canvas (double wrapped 200G and stretched) on a 30mm wooden box frame. This light canvas prints the finest details with the image remaining crisp and bright. UV protected.

    All prices stated are in NZD. Please allow 15 working days for your print to be shipped once payment has been received.

  • Quality Assurance

    Purchasing a print from Simon Cartwright Photography Ltd / NZ Prints website guarantees you a product of superior quality, accurate to the description provided, with prompt and reliable delivery service.

    Production and Delivery

    Production of prints begins within a week of placing an order, with an objective to dispatch them to you within two weeks. Delays, however, may occur due to:

    • Simon Cartwright’s engagement in other commitments that could affect order processing, with an effort made to notify customers when possible.

    • Unexpected supplier or shipment issues leading to staff or material shortages.

    • Unforeseen supplier complications, including force majeure, shipping disturbances, or operational interruptions.

    We commit to informing customers about any significant delays, offering prior notification whenever possible.

    Artwork Representation

    The device settings you use to view our prints may affect colour perception and exposure. Despite our prints being prepared on monitors calibrated for colour accuracy, the appearance of physical prints may vary under different lighting conditions. However, we guarantee that the received print will be the precise artwork ordered, matching in both size and detail.

    Refunds and Exchanges

    • Change of Mind: Due to all prints being made to order, we typically do not offer returns for change of mind. Your satisfaction is crucial to us; for any concerns, contact us at simon@scphotography.co.nz to explore a satisfactory resolution.

    • Damaged Prints: We offer replacements or refunds for prints damaged in transit. Inspect your print upon arrival before signing any delivery documents. Report any damage within 7 days. Without a damage report, refunds or replacements can't be guaranteed post-signature.

    Our archival-quality material ensures longevity under standard conditions, although direct sunlight exposure is not recommended. We cannot guarantee against damage for prints framed by third-parties, or unprofessionally. In the case of accidental damage, contact us for potential replacement discounts, with proof of damage required.

    Proof of purchase from Simon Cartwright Photography Ltd is necessary for all refunds or replacements.

    Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, though transfer requests may be considered. Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for replacement, but alternatives can be discussed.

    Shipping Returns

    For returns, email simon@scphotography.co.nz. We may require photos of damaged products before arrangement for a replacement. Return shipping, unless arranged, is not refundable.
